letter from SPAIN:rabbits
I made it right up into Spain, and rabbit meat is a delicacy. It was actually here in Spain was the place where rabbits evolved! That may be why many of the top predators in the region such as the Iberian lynx and the Spanish imperial eagle eat mostly rabbit.
